Hey guys my names Chris, I currently have a 2000 mustang v6 I was going to turbo, and I also have a 95 240sx with an sr20det motor im rebuilding.

I was in the market for a new daily driver, so I found this s2000 for what I think is a pretty good price!

Its an 01 yellow spa pearl with 9100 miles on it.

They only want 20,000$ for it.

Heres some pictures, what do you guys think? should I get it?






Or I also found a silver one



That one is a couple hundred more for a little less miles on it.

I think Id rather have yellow though.


Tell me if you guys think those are good deals.

 

I think these are way high, maybe not for what they are (ie near-mint cars w/very low miles) but for what you may need. If you are going to use it for a dd, then I wouldn't worry about super-low miles. There are plenty of MY00-03s around with reasonable miles (20k-40k). These will run for a good long time and cost you a lot less, probably $15k-$17k. These cars are very reliable and there are several around w/6-figure mileage. Good luck in the search.

 

That seems to be a decent find, you can talk them down some more I am sure. However, you may want to consider getting an MY02+ due to some added features that model year recieved over the MY00-01. Just be patient and wait for a deal to cross your path. I know its hard, but it is worth it.

 

Well I really want an s2000. Probably throw an exhaust/intake, some rims and tints and be done with it. I just want a nice lookin daily s2k.

I am probably goin to buy that yellow one, but I might go look at the silver one tomorrow
