Default GPW 2009 S2000 CR

Hello there ,

My name is Tam. I joined s2ki about a month ago looking for advices on buying a new S2000. Here is that thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=708135.

Anyway, I just got back from the Dealership this morning and I am happy to say that I bought a new 2009 GPW S2000 CR. The S has 71 miles, data dot, and wheel locks, and above all it looks fabulous!

Here's my story. I was looking to buy a CR(either 08 or 09). GPW is my first choice but it's so hard to find that color. I was so discouraged that I can't find a CR in GPW that I almost bought Apex Blue Pearl. I got a good deal on the 08 ABP CR from a dealership 8 hours away and planned to drive there to pick it up. Until I see rahvis's post: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry16539555

The price between the 08 GPW CR and the 09 GPW CR isn't much so I decided on the 09 one. I flew down to Texas and inked the contract yesterday and got back this morning.

Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I think I got it for a good price compared to all the quotes I got from other dealerships around the country. I got the color that I really wanted and got it at a fair price. I could've gotten a 08 Apex Blue Pearl CR for 4k less but I don't think I can live with myself years later especially if GPW is available. Like someone on this board always say, "what is it worth to you". BTW Apex Blue Pearl is not a bad color in person.

CLIFF: Bought a 2009 GPW S2000 CR

Here are the pictures (iphone), I will post more pictures once it's delivered.

I think he meant there weren't too many CR models in gpw. I had a hard enough
time finding a normal gpw s2000

good find. Congrats on the car. It looks amazing in white

There were only 30 CRs built for the 2009 model year. Only 1 Non A/C car in GPW.

Others are:
5 ABP
9 BB
8 RYP
8 GPW - Including the 1 Non A/C car

Yeah I read it wrong. I thought he said, "there weren't any" instead of "there weren't many".
