congratulations on both! You can get a pretty nice Kenwood HU at Best Buy for about $120

 

upgrade the speakers while your at it. This is what I have:
-Alpine ida-x305s(great for ipod and pandora)
-Polk Audio DB6501 component system
-Modifry wired dash controlled interface(wont lose your dash controls near steering wheel)

Thanks for all the advice. I looked into that Alpine HU and it sounds awesome, actually way more than I was looking for. I mostly care about being able to plug in my iPod, and possibly getting XM since I've already paid for the year subscription. In my Civic I didn't have radio controls for my iPod, just the aux input so I wasn't necessarily looking for a unit that has iPod controls. However, I now really want this one badly. Only thing I'm worried about is security...do you guys have an alarm or something to deter thieves from cutting your top?

 

One of the best move you can make in life is upgrade from a civic to a s2. Post pic ? Rip top will happen no matter what best bet is buy ht and on summer days go topless /soft top
