Default GTR and corvette owner looking to get a s2k

Hi, I'm Danny nice to "meet" you all. As the title states, I'll be on here researching and possibly purchasing an s2k. The only thing stopping me is the lack of good examples out there aside from over priced low mile garage queens but maybe I'll get lucky on here. If I can't find a goody, I may have to buy an ND Miata

Welcome!
Yea it seems you could get lucky finding a decent price locally, but typically it just takes patience. Spent ~ 6 months searching and searching and finally the perfect one popped up only 15 minutes away! The ND Miata is actually a pretty damn good car too, good luck in the search.

Looks we are in the same exact boat, I am looking for a really nice S2000 with the possibility of getting an ND Miata instead. It will be a fun car for me, but also used for commuting, the commuting has me leaning towards the RF Miata, same with the gas mileage....

Good Luck!!!

Stick with the S2000 guys. While the Miatas are great cars, they're limited in their capabilities in terms of power. And while you can argue that you can throw x amount of money at it and make it just as fast, for the same amount of money, you could also make the s2k even faster.
