I am the proud owner of a 2001 new formula red s2k and I couldnt be more excited I have been reading the forum for a couple of months and recently became a member when i purchased the car. You guys have a lot of great info and i am looking forward to learning more and seeking advice on my plans with my new s2k. Here are a couple of pics

FWIW, I vacation in Daytona Beach the last two weeks of July every year, we should be there again this year, and my Mom is there every winter for about 5 months.

There is a member here with screen name Thinmint , he is from Daytona Beach with a yellow S2k that he is converting to electric powered, it's a crazy project.

Yeah I haven't heard if he got the car on the road yet, last I read he was trying to find a way of controlling the massive torque from the electric motors, it was some crazy high torque rating.
