I’ve been a owner of 2001 Ap1 Formula Red for about a year now, Just relocated from Seattle, Wa to Detroit, Mi for School, Job.
Pretty much stock with whatever the previous owner put in (invidia Q300, Cold air, eBay headlights @ Taillights XD)
Pretty high mile but she runs great!

Welcome. There are not many s2000s in this area. I've had mine for 16 years and we've done only a handful of drives. If you like twisty roads the next trip coming up is the one June 18-20 - Marietta Memorial Meet(southern Ohio). Where in the Detroit area are you? I'm up near Rochester Hills.

Sure seems like the s2k crowd is fairly small round here! I'm living in Downtown Detroit but parking the car in a safe warehouse in Birmingham! Holler if you see a stock Formula red S2k driving around!

Also Ill look into my calendar for those days for the meet. May have to miss a couple of em but would love to join ya!

practically a bridge over from Sarnia!

 

There are a few around but no organized group, in 16 years we're done 2 drives. There are a lot of trips with the Ohio group and other trips with people from this site, the spring and fall dragon trips, one or more trips to southern Ohio, a Gettysburg trip, and Kentucky and Virginia trips. If you have a few hours some day I can show you some fun around north of Ann Arbor, they are about the only fun roads in this part of the state.

Haha, I'm in mid town. It really isn't that bad over here. I generally don't bring the s2k around here tho. I have a safe garage up north near Birmingham.
