Check your top straps. It looks like they may be worn out and not pulling the bar all the way back. As a result, the top stays way too high when retracted.
Welcome! This is what the top down should look like. I happen to use the tonneau cover for months on end to keep it clean and protect from the sun. I live east of Sacramento so it does not rain most of the time:

Thanks man. The previous owner had the whole car PPF'd with Llumar Matte PPF and it gives the whole car a matte look. The oem paint should still be intact underneath haha
