Hello everyone,

Just wanted to try and get into the s2000 and tuner/mod scene.

Let me start off with a couple tidbits about myself,

I am a male 19 year old worker who is trying to lose weight to get into the United States Navy. I currently work at my local Arcade at the Temecula Promenade in California, and I am a soon to be owner of an S2000.

I would preferably like to own an 05 s2k, due to some numbers I saw on cars.com, as for any car knowledge, all I can say is that I can tell what car's what, and I know a little bit about cars, just the basics of the basics, like rwhp, torque, t/c, s/c's and all that jazz. I don't know much else, I don't know what's inside the engine of a car, just that it's the engine of the car.

My current car is under repair, it's a 1994 Eclipse GS Turbo.

As you have probably guessed, my car knowledge is slim to none, and i've come here to hopefully learn more about mods and car basics before I even touch an s2k. It's probably going to be a while before I get an s2k of my own, and that's why i've come here to learn more about it, and I would GREATLY appreciate any information that you guys, the pros, would supply me with.

I strongly recommend a close read through the threads that I identified in the Introductions forum FAQ (at the top of the intro page).

There's a lot of info here, and sometimes it's overwhelming. If you get lost or confused, just post up and we'll try to help clarify.
