Hello S2000'rs,

My name is Levon and I live in SoCal.

I am currently daily driving a Lexus IS300 and love it, but am seriously considering replacing it with a S2000 for a daily driver.
I think I am ready to get into a 2 seat convertible (my wife says I am going through mid life crises)

I figured I better join a forum and do a bit more research before I take the plunge.
I am sure there are plenty of threads in this forum that cover just about any topic,
but I figure I might as well take the lazy route and ask some questions in my self intro. thread:

- What are some typical problems with these cars?
- How reliable are they (compared to a Lexus let's say, anyone have both)?
- Realistically, how many miles can the powertrain go before needing rebuild?
- I am thinking of a budget around 15k, will that get me a decent car?
- Any additional information or links that I should be aware of that would be helpful in making my decision?

I sincerely appreciate your time, knowledge and advise.
