Hello from the US Virgin Islands
A warm hello from Richard on the island of St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands.
I came across this forum while looking for installation instructions for an OEM convertible top. Steven975's excellent guide was exactly what I was looking for.
I am the proud owner of a black on black, MY 2002, S2000. Purchased in early 2003, it had 800 miles on the clock at the time. Now, 12 1/2 years later, it has still only done just over 15,000 miles. It has the original flared body styling and 9000 rpm redline. Once the new top is installed it will be in virtually mint condition. You can still smell the leather inside. Everything remains just as it came from the showroom, no mods whatsoever, with the exception of the license plate.

The license plate commemorates the Virgin Islands Winter Olympics team. As you can see, we have the perfect training environment.

So what, you might ask, do I want with an S2000 on a mountainous island 13 miles long and 4 miles wide with a maximum speed limit of 35 mph? Well,...rules are made to be broken and there is no more exhilarating feeling than negotiating multiple hairpin bends on a steep hill climb with the ocean breeze in your hair.
I've owned other makes of sports cars before, but the S2000 remains my favorite. I look forward to being a contributing member of this forum and hopefully benefitting from the expertize of others, some of which I have already experienced.
