303 convertable top cleaner and then 303 protectant, well-documented over in wash&wax. As for your paint problem, no easy answers. Honda paint is notoriously soft and prone to chipping. Berlina unfortunately shows up the worst in this area. You can try touch-up paint but if the problem is wide-spread, not much you can do short of respraying.

BTW, starting each new post with the word HELP all in caps isn't such a great idea, especially out there in the main forums.

Chipped paint and soft top issues would have been better.

Regarding the chips, your SOL find a good shop and get it resprayed. They can fade it into your quaterpannels to allow it to match the car. Start a new topic in your local area (I am in Tampa, so I go to the SE>Florida>Tampa) and ask what shops they reccomend.

Try searching. It's extremely unlikely that your questions haven't been asked before. I know for a fact that there's a recent thread in Wash & Wax on convertible top care.

As I said in your other thread (please don't post duplicate topics) you're going to get rock chips if you drive your car. It doesn't matter if you're speeding or not. You might be able to prevent them if you limit your speed to 20mph.
