Hi and thanks in advance for any help that this may provide. I have decided that my next ride will be an S2K. I test drove one about a year ago at the Honda Dealer and go to really push it on a good curvy road. I have owned 11 different Porsches, most recently a Boxster S (my least favorite of the bunch). I like the light weight of the S2K and the direct handling. I want to add more hp and other related mods. My question is: What should I start with? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same boat. I've been getting a lot of mixed reviews about which year is the "best" etc etc. I want some first hand knowledge and honest reviews of the car...

 

IMHO, I think the best way to decide is test drive both versions and decide for yourself! We all have different driving styles so one might fit you better than the other.

Either way, both AP1 and AP2 are great choices.
