Its a sacrifice to own the S2000 if you are used to a sedan. I've gone from a 06 GTI 2-door to the S2000 and sometimes its a pain in the ass.

But I'd never give up my S...most of the time its me alone in the car except when the girlfriend is around. But keep in mind I've been able to get my snowboard (passenger seat), wakeboard (passenger seat), and motocross kit in the trunk with NO issue and I tow my road bike using my rear hitch rack.

If your worried about toting friends around then stick to a sedan or meet them somewhere. Better yet make them drive. Or if your all going out then take a cab.

Same here. This has been my DD for over 4 years. 90% of the time it is just me in the car. I love it, but I really need something with more space.

I love my S, but as a DD I would trade up for a WRX STi if I could. If I had another car that allowed me to drive the S at my leisure, I don't think I would be so eager to give it up.
That's exactly why I might give it up. I can't afford to have 2 cars so I'm going with the most logical reason - get something more pratical as a DD.

One reason I loved my S right there!

I never had to drive anywhere with friends because I couldn't fit anything or anyone! I didn't have to make coffee runs at work anymore because I don't have cup holders.

I only took the car when I needed it.
