Default Hey

Hey everyone, I've been around the site reading and finding a lot of helpful information for some time now. I decided to go ahead and make an account and start posting on here, not to mention the inlinePRO discounts with their turbo kits LOL.

Anyways I have an '03 Sebring S2000. Only mods so far is Koni Adjustable shocks and skunk2 springs. I just wanted a simple drop and this game me exactly what i was looking for.

Here is a pic:

Before the S, I had an all motor eg that ran mid 12's without a tune. Sold that and upgraded to the S. Definately have no regrets on that upgrade other then the S being much slower for the time being.

heres the best vid i have of the hatch:

Sorry dont know how to embed on this forum, if its possible.

And thats my intro. LOL

oh and one question. I never understood why ppl refer to their S as an "MY03" or "MYxx" xx referring to the car year.
Can somebody clear that up for me? thanks

i just call me car an s2000 and if the year is required i say 2002 not MY02. i too don't understand it and think people are illogical for stating it that way unlike everybody else i've ever met in my whole life. somebody please enlighten us...

Don't know why people started using the abbreviation of MY for model year but they have been doing it on this site since back in the day.
Welcome to the site.

MY = Model Year

It was stated before but could have been skimmed over by anyone not looking for it.

Welcome!

Maybe because saying (actually typing) you had a 2000 s2000 looked too confusing vs saying a MY00 s2000?

In any event, congrats, Konis + springs are a great way to go. Looks good.

Grats and Welcome! Drop would be way too low for me, but that's a personal preference and all. I'll watch the vids when I get home from work.

I never use the MYxx statement. Just '02 s2k.
