Hi guys I test drove an 01 s2000 yesterday and loved it. Tomorrow I'll be taking it to my mechanic and having it checked out as far a compression test and what not. So long as everything goes well I'll join what looks to be a great community of drivers. I was wondering if any of you would know what type of compression an f20c is supposed to have. Also the car has an intake on it where it looks like a standard sized pipe from the throttle body then it goes to a huge expansion chamber then goes back to the standard size again. Connected to that end is a green foam element filter. Anyone have an idea of what brand that may be? Thanks in advance for all the help I'm sure guys will give me in the long run. Coming from a 5th Gen Prelude it will feel great getting back into VTEC again haha.

 

The only thing that I can think of that has a green filter is HKS. It looks like half of a circle.

Thanks guys everything is looking on the up and up, turns out the intake is a comptech system. Hopefully I'll have the car by the weekend. I took it out for a while again today because the dealer is a friend of mine. What a nice car, weird though coming from such a bigger car interior wise, not bad just different.
