Talking hi from orlando

hey guys-

i have been posting a little here & there, but i forgot 2 introduce myself.

i bought a 2002 nfr in november 2007. super clean, 36k miles. previous car was a 1996 300zx. u may remember me from a large post a few months back asking if buying an s2000 was the right choice for me. it was! good & small and tight as hell. reminds me of an elise (which i also considered, but i like a/c lol).

i have lived in orlando for ~6 years and should be moving to raleigh in august. can't wait 2 finally use some fun roads! yeah!

i guess i can't post pix, but feel free 2 check it out @ www.myspace.com/teanza, under the 'new 's'' photo album.

nice 2 meet u all! and thanx 2 those that have replied to my posts so far!

Hey, I'm a new owner in Orlando too! I just picked up my yellow 2006 with 2375 miles on it yesterday! I've had my share of sports cars before too, mostly RX-7's, but my last one was Miata that I just sold on Friday. I had to stick with a convertible this time as I am a total Florida sun-worshipper. I'm pretty damn excited about the S2k, as it sounds like you are too!

Nice NFR, looks good with the window tint. One thing that I keep hearing about FLA is the rash of s2k seat theft. Seat locks seem to be a priority for FLA owners.

yeah 8ball, that's all i ever hear about n e time someone sees/i discuss the car. so happy it goes in the garage. i saw losers in a civic driving slowly past it the other day more than once (i was peeking @ them through the publix window). i knew what they were thinking about and it scared the h*ll outta me!

The theft is more of a south florida thing near miami. Ive owned my S for a while and havent had any weird looks or anything. Either way mine has the factory alarm and is always garaged. Even at my job I can keep constant surveillance Either way some seat locks wouldnt hurt, theyre only $60 from Kodakan_4 on here.
