Hi There, i bought my S2000 back in April this year, and so far have thoroughly enjoyed driving it. I had a bright red Ford Capri Mk2 when i was in my late teens early twenties, (I'm 45 now) and it was a real 'Head Turner' back then. Then Since 1998 i have had a Normal 'Everyday' car which i shared with my wife. It was a Daewoo Lanos which my wife won in a competition. It saved us a lot of money, and was a reliable car, but i yearned for a car that would look and feel like a 'Proper' car again. Sadly, in 2008 my wife passed away, and it wasn't until the beginning of this year that i took the plunge and started looking for a car that would put the 'Ooompf' back into driving. I'm SOOO glad i chose my S2000, she is just perfect!
I have joined the owners club so that i can meet/chat to 'like minded' people and to get the full use out of my car by joining in on track days and meetings etc.

so sorry about your wife. Just know that shes looking down on you. But make sure you have your top down or she wont be able to see you!

 

I'm sorry for your loss but I'm also glad that you enjoy driving again. Welcome to our community and make sure you attend some of our meets; it is fun and supportive too.
