High!
Hello everyone.
Just acquired a 2004 Rio Yellow Pearl with 62,000 miles. I love this car, it is everything I was looking for in a car; small, RWD, well-built, nice to look at, manual, and it handles great. I initially was looking for a Corolla AE86 or a Nissan 240sx, but decided those would require too much maintenance and weren't exactly pleasing to the eye. I think the S2000 is a perfect newer model version of both of those cars. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I also own a 2000 Audi TT Quattro as a DD. It is a fun car, but nothing like the S2000, RWD and convertible is the best
TT (Don't worry the S2000 will not be slammed/hellaflush/etc..., not really my thing after trying it withe TT)

Here are some pics I took today after giving it a wash, claybar, polish, and wax.

This forum is great too, so much information and compiled nicely. Looking forward to this journey.

Nice S. The TT doesn't look bad at all. "Hellaflush" can look good, just not "HellaCambered." Nothing wrong with having nice fitting wheels, but running -8 degrees of camber is just stupid. Have fun with the S, they are amazing cars if you treat them right.
Thanks for the welcomes everyone.
I figured someone would catch the missing 'S'
I'm pretty sure the car was wrecked in the drivers side fender because there is no VIN on the fender. I'm guessing they couldn't find the 'S', that is probably why the 'S' on the passengers side fender is also missing lol. I went ahead and de-badged the 2000 because people were asking me if it was a Honda 2000. I prefer the de-badged look anyway.
Thanks. I really liked the TT when I was this low, but man was it a chore to drive. Don't get me wrong, slammed cars are great to look at. I love the 'stance' scene, but I am not able to drive around that low. Thumbs up to the static guys.
The S is amazing. Country roads are the best with the top down. The rain is also a blast.

Nice ride. Never seen Rio with chrome AP2 V1's. Also your missing your "S" emblem on the side.
