Default himynameisjohn: *updated stock pics*

hi guys. i'm 21, and today i finally have a GPW 05 stook!

been wanting this car from the last 4 years. when i first saw the s2000 i actually thought it was a girly car since it was a convertible. but that opinion changed when i saw the touge monster.

anyway, i just got back from japan! jet lagged but the s2k is giving me some energy. i didn't buy a jdm s2000, though. although i saw one near where i lived that was on the car sale lot for about $15k.

before i left, i sold my last car to my cousin and have been without a car for 6 months.

now i am the proud proud owner of a GPW 05, tan interior s2k.

everyone knows what a stock s2k looks like but here are pics:

finally glad to be an official s2ki member!

Nice - enjoy the car! I got mine when I was 21 as well (8 years ago). Just like the S, time flies.

thanks again for the welcome! i'm loving GPW. It definately shows the subtle lines of the car, and i think rio does as well!

i read somewhere here about taking the lid off the stock airbox... so i drove around without the lid for the past 3 days. i love the sound, but noticed the heat bog (even though it's winter). so I did some more searching here and put the lid back on and gutted out the inside.

so now i'm looking for a K&N filter and a cooling plate that directs flow into the entrance of the airbox.

and i took some more pics today too:

pure stock..

and here's one of my tan seats... =]

Looks great...what do you have planned as future mods besides cooling plate?
