Hooray for S2000
Hello, Ive owned my 02 S2000 and have been using the site as a resource for a couple months now and decided Id like to participate.
So far, I have not had one bad day with this car. My former ride was a 1996 Mustang Cobra that went through various levels of modifications, but always let me down with reliability. I drove my friend's S one night, and bought one a month later. I especially love how you can drive it around like a Civic, or pull 4 gears to redline and when you stop at a light or stop sign, it just idles like nothing happened.
Last, I want to mention that I got stuck driving next to a motorcycle on the freeway with an especially loud and obnoxious exhaust. Sport bikes and stripped choppers are cool, but seriously, middle aged guys listening to the Eagles on their motorcycle with CD player, 50 hard saddlebags and an air conditioner, dont need a loud exhaust. Come on man, I know you wanna cut lose on the weekend, but its like running open headers on the Lincoln Town Car or Cadillac El Dorado you drive Monday through Friday.
Hope I get along with yall. Oh, any surfers in the crowd? Im from So Cal and need plenty of people to ride with.
