Post I am in!:)

Hehehe, still can't wipe the grin off my face. I've been driving big bimmers (7s) for awhile and never thought one could have so much fun in a car My friend let me drive his S2k and I was hooked. Was looking around for a good used sample and finally took a plunge last week, got early 2002 with 43K miles in silver/black. I met one of the mods here, Luder94, at another forum 2 years ago, was reading this forum for 2 days non-stop and very happy to join the community.

LOL! I was just commenting in another thread that this is the only car I've ever owned where I turn the stereo down (or off) to listen to the exhaust note.

Welcome, and enjoy your new car. BTW, we bought a 3000GT up in Palatine. Loved it so much we had to get one for my wife, too. I sold mine and moved into an '02 Sebring last February. Absolutely no regrets.

took a long way to work today to get on i-94, loved the feeling at speed. It's like therapy from work stress.

There is seriously no greater feeling of stress release for me, then driving out of work with the top down and the sun shining in the warm summer afternoon.

(Well I should say the S2K is the 2nd greatest feeling of stress release... )
