Default I finally bit the bullet

After nearly 9 years of thinking about it, I finally broke down and bought an s2000. I was orginally planning to get a 00 when they first came out but the "adjusted market value" killed all hope of that. As a result, I picked up a 2000 Prelude which I still own today.

The Prelude has served, and still serves, me well. I've autocrossed the Prelude in various classes quite successfully, including its current SM class. Knowing the Prelude is not a national level car in any class I started thinking about what car might be, which is why I'm here.

My AP2 will serve as a car to have fun with, I live and work at the beach, and will be put to work as an autocrosser. I intend to set the car up to be a national level AS contender by doing only whats proven and necessary to the car (which fortunately isn't much).

Anyway, happy to be here and looking forward to learning a lot about the cars and how to make them go fast.

Some of you might know me from other forums as "00lude" or "00MugenLude".

Hey, whats up Nola? Thanks for the welcome guys.

I haven't had a chance to get new pics but I have a couple from the previous owner. The car is in nearly new condition with 44k miles.

I have a white and tan AP1. That color combo will get you at least 1.4seconds a run at an autocross! Also, tan seats are not as hot with the top down.
Congrats!

haha, thats what I figured, 1 to 1.5 seconds. I think the color combo looks quite classy and it definitely crossed my mind that the tan would be cooler.
