hi! i purchased a 2001 silverstone metallic s2000 at december and i heard about this forum through a friend. anyways the s2000 i purchased when i bought it only had 4,000 miles and got it for $20,000. i just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully you guys will welcome me in this forum with open arms! HA!

thanks...yeah when i heard about the car through my dad. my dad said he had a friend that was selling his s2k cause its been laying in his garage for the longest time catching dust its practically brand new with only 4000 miles on it. my dad and i met with his friend and checked the s2k out. all i got to say about the guy is...damn he had a ten car garage. he had a collection of cars, but wasnt there to check em all out i was just interested in s2k. i saw the s2k and checked out the interior and the miliage and everything about the car just shouted BUY me! so i ponyed up $4,000 for a down payment and my monthly is aroun $350...which isnt that bad at all!

yeah...the previous car owner even said that rain never touched the car! looken at the cars condition i cant say i dont believe him.

the rims came with the car 18' cornell motorsports or whatever...i never really heard of that brand. the rims are wrapped up with Falken FK451-255/35ZR18 at the back and FK451-225/40ZR18.

 

I'd ask the guy if he still has the stock wheels. I'll bet he has them. Those wheels that are on there don't fit the car in my opinion. Plus the stock S02's are much better tires.

 

I'd sell those wheels and buy other goodies.
