Default I never thought I'd be introducing my ap1 here :D

Hey guys! S2k Noob here!

Little bit of background.. My name's Jason. I live in southern Illinois. I've been into hondas since I wrecked my mustang back when I was 17. I'm 21 now and living a great college kid life. My honda background has consisted of a 95 del Sol (JDM d15b block with ported z6 head), a 93 del Sol (JDM d15b), a 94 del Sol (d15b7), a 90 civic Si (b18a1) and a 93 prelude (JDM H22a) I decided I finally wanted to go all out and upgrade to one of my dream cars... you guessed it!

Three days ago I picked up this 2000 S2k with 148k miles.
2000 Silverstone Metallic resprayed a year and a half ago
K&N intake system
Engine torque damper
Competition stage 2 clutch
Test pipe
HKS dual exit exhaust
Broadway mirror
ball style shift knob
Front adjustable ball joints
Tein basic springs
OEM 6 disc cd changer
OEM alarm
OEM ap1 lip and side strakes

My old lude in the background

One of my fav pics so far. Don't mind the roof patches

What she needs:
VC resprayed
Rims resprayed
New top (I'll probably upgrade to the AP2 glass top)
front tires

So far I love it! Well balanced. enough power for me. sounds great and rides superb! it's everything I want in a car! Lets hope I can learn a ton about this chassis on here and hopefully make some new s2k friends!

Enjoy

How are you liking that Broadway mirror? Make a huge difference in visibility or what?

Thanks guys!

The mirror came on the car so I can't compare it to the original but I like it so far.

Trying to justify everyone wanting me to get a hard top... why's everyone rocking the hard top instead of just keeping the soft drop top??
