i have been a guest for some time now and i just today thought it would be a good idea to join. well now im trying to post pics and get a good avatar but it wont let me. i think they might be to big so how do i make the pics smaller KB? any help would help me out,

Save all your pics to your album and post that way. As for an avatar, what won't let you..the site itself, or internet? I did mine with no problem searching yahoo/google.
