I think you can't change the camber on the 350Z.
LOL you mean the keyhole? Yeah I had slight problems finding that as well like the first day or two haha.

I bet. What's the VTEC like, how's the sound (I haven't got a chance to hear a S2K good and close yet . . . . ). I hear alot of craptalk [ ... ] I'm just wondering, does the S2K make up for all that loss in Torque (from a Z perspective) by shaving off weight? What else factors into its insane acceleration and track time besides having less weight? I've heard that the aerodynamics aren't all that amazing, and I know it has significantly less Torque than many others cars. So what's the secret lol?!?
1. It isn't so much the VTEC, it's the scream of the high revs... Once you've had 9K, you ain't never going back.

2. The S is an excellent autocrosser and road track machine... It can't keep up with higher HP cars in straightaways, but DAMN just try to pace an S around the twisties!!!

3. Well, the torque is problematical for folks who like to drag or don't like to work the shifter. All I can say is that if you keep the revs up, it's an exciting experience.

4. You have to respect the car's limits. It's what you'd call a "driver's car" in the sense that you can get amazing results from it if you take the time to explore its limits on the auto-x and track. Make sure you do so in controlled environments.

The S2000 community has a lot of serious drivers. It's impressive. Some of these guys get truly impressive results from our little car.

Nice. Just got my car like 2 days ago, so still playing with the electronics.

Was wondering why the arrow started shaking at redline (6600 rpms), finally figured out that it's electronically controlled. Reset the damned thing at the limit (8000 rpms).

MUUUUUUCH more fun hehehe.

So my plan is sometime next month, tell a Honda dealer that I'm interested in trading in my Z for a S2K, then test drive the hell out of it .

Peace

PS - just worried that I will end up not liking the lack of torque . . . . will I? Anyone here switched from high-torque machines to the S wanna give some input on how you felt about the transition???

Thanks

You should talk to VTECMOM over in the PacNW forum, Gunmetal. She lives in your town, and her hubby's a big-iron driver.

Hey, there's a guy that owns an Elise. As for getting jumped... I think that depends on who you meet.
