On July 4th of last year I purchased an 06 S2000 and I finally got around to joining this site and making my introduction about a month ago. Well, I went by my dealership today and spotted a CR on the lot. I had no intention of buying a car today, but how could I pass up the opportunity to own an 08 CR with 13k miles? It still has that new car smell and everything looks new too. So, I traded in one S2K for another. I'm going to miss the convenience of the ragtop, but what the heck - I love this CR; it's a beauty!
The only problem is that my moniker doesn't really work anymore.

That CR looks familiar. Congratz! Make sure to check out the CR thread. What # are you? I'm CR # 191. I've had mine for a little more than a month now and 2000 miles later(about 8000 miles now), just got a full synthetic oil change from the dealership.($95 bucks!) I would recommend you do the same. Did you make sure yours came with the rear lid covers?(unfortunately, previous owner of my car lost these lid covers & I had to pay $93 for each) Enjoy your CR and welcome.

Hello all, name's Wes and I have just recently acquired a 2001 Silverstone AP1. I'm from upstate NY, Albany area, relatively new to the s2000 scene but far from new to the honda-acura scene. I've got about 4 years of autocross/trackday-time trials experience with e30 bmw's and an acura integra and I'll probably end up doing at least a few events with the s2000, along with the run-of-the-mill weekend/nice day driving. Anybody else nearby?
New to the site with my 2006 Formula Red S2K - had it for coming up on a year, 45K mi. Loving every minute - even if it rains 8 mos of the yr here in Portland, OR!
I'm Santino. I've owned my s2000 for almost a year now, which is a 2004 in moonrock, currently with 32,000 miles on the clock. I am giving the car to the guys at tts performance on the 24th of this month for a stage 2 supercharger package so im excited about that at the moment. I'm looking forward to learning a lot on here and welcome any advice on further upgrades etc...
