Default Introduction from NC

Adding an introduction here.
I have a 2007 (ap2 of course) that I purchased new. It now has 40k miles. As we all know it is a fantastic car.
I have lurked for years obtaining info about the car. There is a wealth of information here.

Thanks for the welcome.

The reason I got in was I need new tires. After the oem rears wore down I replaced them with Re-11's. Wow, what great tires they have been.
I now need a new set and have found my local supplier could not get them any longer. (dumb me should have purchased a set last fall)
I have been reading and searching for a good answer for weeks as I could not decide what to use.
Today, I caught a thread where someone mentioned that Fir3stone might still have some. I called locally and they say they can get a set from another store.
We will see. If so, then I do not have to change to something else for a couple more years.

Welcome! If you liked the RE-11s, you might look into RE-71Rs. I believe the RE-71Rs are the RE-11/RE-11A replacements, kind of like how the RE-11s replaced the RE-01Rs some time ago. Wheels and Tires by The Tire Rack
