I purchased a new Honda S2000 GT from Chiswick Honda in London in June 2004. In June 2008 I had my car serviced and MOT-inspected by Gatwick Honda in Crawley, after which they advised me that the rear disc brakes were starting to become rusty, corroded and pitted. I therefore wrote to the Managing Director of Honda UK, Mr Keir, to inform him:
1) I have been delighted with the performance of my Honda S2000 since I purchased it four years earlier;
2) I have been very pleased with the service provided by Honda-approved dealers;
3) I was pleased that the excellent performance of the Honda S2000, as well as Honda dealers, has been widely recognized (e.g. the S2000 was voted Top Gear

I see you posted this over in the "Tell Honda" forum... even though Honda does NOT officially look at that, it is rumored that they do peruse it once in a while... it's nice to hear positive feedback instead of all negative.
