I wasn't surprised watching that, I have always known never to set foot near a Jiffy Lube. I bought my first car (GSX) and asked the previous owner to change the oil before I took possession, I double checked it and she took it to J-Lube. I told her I wasn't taking possession until it was done at the dealer. lol
btw, that Joel guy on the news looks like Evan Baxter from Bruce Almighty. lol
