i hate this so much!!! i drove a corvette the other day and it even felt sluggish on the off ramps around town. i love my S in its own special way. and congrats on the car! have fun.

Congrats to the OP, clearly he is happy with his purchase and doesn't feel like he "should have gotten an AP1". We can always count on s2000maniac to turn everything into AP1 vs. AP2! Maybe the OP sees it more like many other happy AP2 owners do:
AP1>> Wild Horse!! Good luck getting it to react (not snap oversteer)the way you want it to when pushed, it eats (burns oil) like a wild horse!
AP2>> Thoroughbred racing horse!! An evolution of the wild horse that is just as fast (if not faster) without all of the wild horse issues!
