Default Just joined the club. 07 AP2 SIlverstone! :)

Hello s2ki peeps. After many months (possibly years?) of lurking I have joined the club. Just picked up my 2007 S2000 in Silverstone Grey Metallic w/ 30,000 miles!!! Driving the car home felt great. Night and day from my DD (MKV GTI).

^^ My first pic of the car while filling her up Hopefully it shows up. Don't really know what I'm doing.

Impressions from first drive:

1. Clutch engagement and shifter feel VERY nice.

2. Low end torque was actually better than I was anticipating.

3. Ride is a little jarring haha

4. VTEC YO!!

Hoping to learn every little thing there is to know about the car.

Congratulations! I just picked up an 05 Silverstone Grey myself! Where in NJ did you purchase from, and are you from NJ? I noticed the temporary tags

Very clean Piero, and with these miles, it is a great find!!!
You won't regret it at all and it will impress you with the consumption as a DD as well!
Cheers!!!

Your expectation is quite low.

Congrats on the purchase though. New toys are always fun.

I picked mine up in Morristown. You got the super low mileage one in Bridgewater right? I sat in your car in the showroom! I almost bought it 2 weeks ago! haha Congrats sir.

Haha yes i guess so. My other car has about 300 lb-ft of torque so I was nervous at first, but was pleasantly surprised.

Ahh very nice! The one you sat in was actually a Sebring silver AP2. I ended up buying the other super low mileage AP2 they had up in storage since my dad and I preferred the Silverstone Grey over the Sebring Silver. It's crazy how Bridgewater had two 2005s with almost identical mileage! If you're ever on Long Island and we run into each other I'll be sure to wave! Congratulations again on the purchase!
