I'm in the market for one now and I think your price is fair. For the same car I would probably offer $16-16.5K, assuming it is clean, no top wear, still on original tires, no burnt odors from the engine, and a general passing of the smell test. If silver was my color I could imagine myself paying 17.

 

That's a good deal. I paid 18k for an '04 with 11k miles in June of 09.

 

your price is actually pretty good, the mileage is great. I got my04, 41k miles for 16.5 +tax out the door all that jazz was about 18 and change.

 

Tell your friend to find you a better deal since it's a rip off right?
