Default JUST SIGNED UP TO S2KI.COM..!

What's going on guys,

Just signed up to S2KI, I'm really excited, nice to meet all of you I've always been a huge fan of the S2K, ever since I held my first scale model at 8 years old and seeing the ninja-star S2K run on the first Fast and the Furious. This car's capabilities are nothing short of incredible, but you guys already knew that haha well hopefully very soon I'll be holding the keys to one of these machines. I already have plans on modifying the car, at least for the body and the interior. Now performance-wise, I wanna wait until I have my questions answered on some things, like suspension and brakes, wheel sizes, tires, and how I can fit an oil cooler tank and a radiator overflow tank with the least amount of modifications possible, stuff like that. Anyways, well hopefully I can get some good advice here.

Thank you.

Welcome to s2ki, I suggest you to calm your wants a little bit take it easy and build a solid car instead of an ebay junk
you dont need anything such oil cooler tank, as we dont even have something like that. we have oil coolers or excessive oil overflow tank. which you wont need one until you start to hit the limits of this car and/or possibly starting to turbo it.
be aware that it may seem like a cheap thing to modify an s2000 but it takes time and money to build a good one. so again buy one and enjoy it stock for awhile until you make up your mind. there are lots of good information here not only it will work for s2000s but also other cars as well. now I release you to the ocean. go nemo haha

Thanks bro and yeah, givenly I'm gonna keep the car stock for a while, get used to it and everything. Once I do find myself ready to start tweaking with the car, I'll start with the body, then suspension/brakes/tires, then the interior; afterwards the engine, drivtrain, etc. Oh, and did I say oil cooler tank..?? Sorry about that, I meant to say oil CATCH tank haha and trust me bro, this car is gonna be really solid when I'm done.. just picking out the body parts took me two weeks of burning my eyes in front of my computer 'till 2 in the morning trying to come up with the ideal entry-level aerodynamic set up.. so no, I didn't pick out a body kit named Spiderman from Extreme Dimension's website lmao in fact, most of my parts hail from J's Racing, courtesy of gotuning.com.. here's what exactly I came up with:

-J's Racing Type-S Total Aero System V.2 CFRP

-J's Racing Type-S Wide Front Fender Set FRP

-J's Racing Type-S Wide Fender Cover Duct CFRP

-J's Racing Type-V Ventilated Bonnet CFRP

-Craft Square Touring Competition Mirrors Carbon

-J's Racing Tow Hooks (Front and Rear)

-J's Racing Type-S Brake Ducts

-J's Racing Type-S Twin Canards

-Mugen Carbon Fiber Hardtop

-J's Racing 3D GT Wing S-Tai Type 2

-J's Racing Trunk CFRP/FRP

you need wheels and suspension to set this up

but only what you wrote down is $15.000 for body parts without paint and installation lol
you basically want to do a j's car, well thats a dream for new s2k owners

you are dreaming about eddies car lol
