Default A late introduction

Earlier this year my grandfather passed away and decided to leave me his '05 S2000. Being an '04 Civic owner that still has many miles to go, I was initially thinking about keeping the S2k for the summer and then selling it for more important things. After driving it for about a week I quickly changed my mind and since then my goal has changed from selling it to actually dumping money into it. I was the kinda person who always enjoyed sports cars, but could never really justify spending the money on buying one.

Anyway, here I am considering putting money into this new hobby. Luckily I don't plan on doing anything that isn't genuine oem (so options are limited), but in addition to getting some scrapes on the bumper fixed, I'm planning on adding the Front Under Spoiler, Side Strakes, and a Titanium Shift Knob. The car was garage kept and usually only driven in nice weather, so I'm hoping with proper care I can keep it for a longgg time.

Basically, I'm here to learn as much as I can about the S2k, learn to do some of my own maintenance, and hopefully contribute to the forums. I also want to join an AutoX Club... less so to compete in events, but more so to learn advanced driving techniques. Look forward to chatting with you guys in the forums!

Take care,
Mike
