Default At long last, my dream come true.

2004 BB, 43k miles used, 7yr/100k mile warranty, karr alarm system, clear bra all around.
new brakes. some pioneer deck that i don't know the model number of yet. bought from an awesome guy in san ramon.

http://images8.ecarlist.com/cgi-bin/viewal...dir=1288_220456

hope linking this way is okay. i'm pretty sure this was a good deal... right?

only problem is the front tires are getting low. anyone have suggestions for cheap, decent ones as a daily driver? (zri's are kinda a given).

almost bought an '05 silverstone with 30k miles complete stock from a dealer at 16.9k + tax -- guy flaked on me wednesday, supposed to meet this coming monday, but saw this deal... couldn't resist.
figured... no difference between my04 and my05.

my plans? probably no modding. used to drive a (red six-speed) celica gt-s in high school and modded that... over it. currently also own an '03 zx-6r 636 ninja, so i'm over straight-line performance. probably gunna replace speakers next week... suggestions on that? looking into pioneers -- the three available (and fitting) from best buy, since my friend's friend has an employee discount.

a little about me: ucla junior, neuroscience major, from the bay area. taiwanese-chinese.

btw, thanks to everyone's threads i read to research about the buy. =)

Congrats on the purchase. Fuzion ZRis are not bad from what I've heard, but I'd also look at the Hankook Ventus RS-2 Z212 (I think I have that right). It's a very good bang for the buck tire.

cool, thanks... yeah, i had zri's on my celica and they gripped pretty well, but i'll look into the hancooks.

i also remember them being the go-to tires for Pimp My Ride. They'd always emphasize "HIGH PERFORMANCE FUZION ZRI'S"

lol.

yeah... neuroscience is pretty freakin' hard... -___-; doing so bad in my classes at the moment. lol.
