Thumbs up Looking at S2000...

So I've been looking around at cars that interest me and the S is my #1 option as of now, but I was looking for a nice sale in my area and I came upon this.

Car 1

and I was liking it, though a little more than I was really hoping to pay I could probably get it a bit lower. It was nice because it has the Cold Air filter and hardtop, but then as I was looking around some more I found this.

Car 1 Again?

And by the VIN it's the same car, but what happened to the hardtop and filter??? The miles seem higher than I would expect between the two.

So my question is should I go in or call and ask why they differ, or what? I really liked the first listing I saw, but I don't know which one is the right one... Doesn't the price seem high though? I mean 60k miles is a few and I saw one that was 30k miles for $19k.

If your really interested, the only way to find the right information is to call. IMHO, I think its pretty expensive regardless of the hardtop. I would actually try to find one that hasn't been modded. I'm pretty sure you can find a better deal...take a look at the For Sale section on this site, you might be able to find better. Take your time, remember the 08s are coming out and surely the prices on the older models will go down...or at least should. Good luck with your purchase.

The two cars also have different wheels. Strange and WAY too expensive for that vintage. You should be able to get an 05/06 for that price.

Ok thanks guys. I had been planning on looking around, I've actually got like 3 months that I can look for if needed, but again thanks for the input!

You are getting ripped if you are paying 27K for an 05/06. You can get a NEW 2007 for 28K in Atlanta. It would be worth a plane ticket...
