Default Montana S2000 listing - Thoughts?

Greetings.
Taking a second look at this car tomorrow: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Manua...18b4d20f#v4-81
Thoughts on the front bumper or other items that may be noticeable from the pictures? It's from a Merc-Benz dealership, which is reputable. Plus, the test drive went well. I was just unsure of that front bump gap or anything else I may have missed that the experts here may see.
Here's to hoping I'll be joining the family soon.

Quick bump, before I head out to the dealership in a few hours to potentially buy.

For sure the hood is not locked down or won't for some reason, could be bent ( car has soft metal ) and I would be concerned about the millage being rolled back....looks clean price is a little high but hardtop is worth $3600 or so....can't imagine what car was used for by the Government???

All fenders, both front and back hoods front body under hood/on bumper back one too should have same Vin #

I am no expert, but price if it were perfect with that hard top isn't horrible if you can get them down. I bought a 2002 (No hard top) for $14k 2 months ago with only 10k more miles than the one you are looking at. However, my car only had one owner. I see this one had 4 owners already which I wanted to avoid but that doesn't mean it isn't a nice car.

I got mine from a Honda Dealership too which went they put through all checks and service as well as putting on new tires and brakes. My car hit a Deer and headlight assembly and front passenger quarter panel were replaced when the car was only owned by original people for 6 months in 2003. They subsuquently kept car for 9 1/2 more years which I found encouraging. No structual damage in Carfax. I tracked down previous owner via email who were a 45+ year old professional couple from Connecticut who never abused car. It is used so there are usual rock chips and some bumper scratches in front that are very hard to see from a few feet.

Don't expect a showroom car for one 7-10 years old, but $20k seems high to me.

This car you are looking at doesn't qualify for a "buyback" because of the odometer discrepancy. From my research, I think you can get another Ap2 without hard top for less money with fewer owners. Plus from my understanding, this blue color also fetches less than others.
