Moving up from a civic.
Congrats....
I also stepped up from a civic years ago and i got my first awakening when i put it sideway through an intersection (not on purpose just agressive driving and it being cold out). RWD FTW

For RWD driving tips (and I'm probably not the best to be giving. . .I've only had my S since December).
Be smooth on the throttle, brakes, and steering, especially around turns. With FWD, if you punch it in a turn, you'll just understeer, which is easy to fix by letting off the gas. Do that when hitting Vtec in the S2000 and the back end will probably start to swing (especially if its a tight turn/wheel is turned more than it needs to be). Don't take your foot completely off the gas. . .weight will transfer from the rear and won't help you regain grip. Just smoothly give it less gas, counter steer a little bit and the car will come back to you. Again, some of these physics may be a bit out of line since I'm just starting to learn. Don't have time to think of all that in the split second when the back end wants to switch places with the front, so its really all about feel.
Best advice: find a local autocross club and get out there and TRY to get the car to break loose. Good preparation in case it ever happens on the street.
Oh, and great color choice. My favorite. . .besides GPW of course.
