Default Mustang Owner

As the Title says I am a mustang owner (puts on flame suit) and fan of most everything american muscle. A friend of mine has a s2k and is always on this site. After racing him numerous times and riding along in his car I have gained a great amount of respect for your cars! So im here to learn a little bit about the enemy since I dont know much about Honda's. Great looking site you all have and im glad to be here. Hope you wont mind a mustang owner pokin around.

I used to own a modified '90 GT. I loved it. It's apples and oranges I say. They're each designed with different goals. Welcome BTW.

Haha not at all. I actually joined here so when im hanging around with anthony and some of the other honda guys i understand what they are talking about. They have to dumb things down for me and explain it in domestic terms like explaining that Mugen (sp?!? Sorry if i spell it wrong) is like Roush or Saleen hahaha.

I've owned a 2000 Mustang GT. I can say the two best rides I've personally owned an enjoyed have been the Mustang and Honda S. The mustang is raw power and fast as hell and I can say the Honda S can somewhat compare in performance but the Honda has that attention to detail that the mustang misses. Driving the mustang to the limit is scary but the Honda enjoys every moment. Straight line Honda beware, but on the twistys, I'd put my money on the Honda. The mustang is also heavier and you can definitely feel the difference driving both cars.

you'll soon find out that a 400whp S2k will take out a lot of unsuspecting cars.

Don't worry about the flame suit . Anyone who flames a person just for their vehicle of choice isn't worth listening to IMO. I'm always extremely impressed with a fan of american muscle cars that can come on an import forum such as this one and praise a car like the S. I have a friend with a MY06 GTO, and he gained a lot of respect for the S too after spending a little time with it .

Take care .
