Only took about a month of decision making before deciding on my choice of an S2K!!! Before this, i owned a 2000 TDI Beetle (What an upgrade). Every time I drive this car I feel so in sync. Everything is controlled and very stable. I've done a lot of reading on this forum and people say the 2000 is "raw" and "a beast that must be tamed", and I hope to eventually bring this bad boy to a track and see the true power of the s2000. So far, I installed some dynamat underneath the driver and passenger seats, in the trunk, and installed a new stereo and sub woofer. I plan to only modify this car in a way so it can be reverted to bone stock later down the road. I hope to hold onto my S2K for a long time and meet some locals who also love their S2K!!!
