my new 06 laguna s2k!
well after years of lurking on these forums i finally was able to purchase my own s2k and pulled the trigger as fast as i could! Ive had the car for about 3 weeks now and after putting on about 1500+ miles i finally took the time to take some pictures after washing it...
first of course is the obligatory picture of what i was driving. heres a picture on the day that i got it back in 2004 all packed up to take back to school ...its a 98 dodge avenger es, with my previous awful 4 cyl 92 mustang convertible in the background (hey everybody needs to get around somehow)...before those two was my first car, an 89 accord lxi hatchback...unfortunately, or fortunately i guess, i cant seem to find any pictures of it...anyway enough talk-time for pics!
...and here is why my girlfriend now calls herself a "car widow" because i spend so much time cleaning brake dust off my wheels and washing it every weekdend!
you can kind of see in the first picture that whoever the previous owner was did not take very good care of the front lip, hopefully i can cover that mess up with a front spoiler asap
used bass's how-to to detail the engine
sorry if its a little blurry, i took a before picture and it came out even blurrier...
i took a ton of pictures but most of them came out very blurry for some reason im gonna blame it on the new camera
anyway...many of you will be seeing more of me as i can now finally contribute as an s2k owner! as you can see from how long ive been on this forum this has been a long time coming.
hope whoever took the time to look enjoyed what pictures came out clear enough...
btw, so far owning an s2k has been everything i imagined and more...plus i can finally add to the "funny things people have said about your s2k" and " you know you own an s200 when..." posts!
p.s. dont judge me for checking my areas sightings thread everyday hoping someone saw me!

Thanks! When you need a car and can only afford a certain amount youre deff limited in your options. Shockingly out of those three cars the dodge was the most reliable, probably because it was just a mitsubishi elcipse in a different shell. Hell the engine even said mitsubishi motor corp on it. The mustang i sold after about 6 months because i just couldnt take it anymore. And boy was that accord hatch a pos, you could use it as a calendar because every two months like clockwork something on it would break. I guess thats what you can expect with a first car.
So far i am MUCH happier with my current honda!
