Default My NEW 2003 Honda S2000

Hello All,
Wanted to make a short introduction to the S2ki community! A little background on my vehicles, came from a 2013 Subaru WRX STI, thing was very fast I will say that, but it still lacked certain rawness that I felt I missed. Prior to that I had a full bolt on BMW 335i, and that was one of the fastest cars I have driven, but once again lacked the rawness I was looking for.
Fast Forward to today, I am now the proud owner of a 2003 S2000 with 64k on the clock. Very happy thus far, I look forward to learning more about the car and begin to make personal touches to make it more mine.

From the title I thought you had somehow managed to find an 03 S2K with <500 miles, which would definitely have been interesting!

Congrats on your purchase, hopefully you found what you were looking for AP1's certainly offer a very raw and driver-demanding experience. Do you have any plans to modify the S2K to bring the power level closer to your old BMW/Subaru?

Not trying to deviate too far from this cars mantra, I might consider a low boost supercharger kit down the road. For this car it will be suspension/wheels/minor cosmetics only. Maybe an exhaust also, I want to drive it around for a little bit see if the stock exhaust is too quiet. Right now, just going beyond 6k RPM to me is fun enough.

Furthermore, my somewhat limited knowledge, aside from a stroker kit, there isn't much more HP to be found from these motors without going forced induction.

Four years ago I sold my fun MR2 and purchassed an Audi TT. Enjoyed the ride but was looking for more, a pure driving exp.
Over the last few months I have driven Boxster S, Caymen, & BMW Z4 M. None of these really impressed me enough to purchase.
Two weeks ago I had the wife take me took look at a 2006 Honda S2000, the plan was to test drive then go eat. I drove it and I am still driving it!
If you are looking to just get from point A to point B, looking to go from point A to point B really fast, then this is not your car.
However if you like carving down the road like your carving the ski slopes, the S2000 is your ride.
To me it's HOME!
