Congrats! I'm 18 (turning 19 in January) and I also ditched my SRT-4 for my 2003 S2000.

Mine was a black 2004, with Stage 2 and a few other minor mods. I drag raced it quite a bit... even 9 months later, I still miss that car.

Man that driver's seat is up close. I think I'd be touching the wheel at that point. Sweet lookin' ride, though and excellent pics.

The pics were takin from a friend of mine who is studying photography. More on him here: www.saintsplace.com and they are real lol. As for the discount yes I did get one only because the car was an unwind meaning the person who purchased it couldn't pay for it so it had very very little milage around 3k when I purchased it. Plus I work there =P

Everything is payed for by myself for those that are curious. Enjoy the pics and if you guys can shoot me some good links on performance parts as well as interior mods. Thanks a bunch enjoy!"

You crack me up that you feel its necessary to tell everyone that you're paying for everything yourself. Tell me you're also paying your own mortgage and feeding a family of your own. Then I'll be impressed.

Oh yeah, congrats and welcome! The car is beautiful!
no need to hate - a lot of 19yr olds are still depending on mom and dad to support them - shit, I've got friends who still get financial support from their parents at early-mid 20's.

I say kudos to the guy if he bought the s2k at 19 - I know I sure as hell couldn't have afforded one when I was that age.

You're right, it's not as 'impressive' as paying a mortgage payment and supporting a family, but give the guy a break - he's 19. No need to hate, you have to start somewhere!

Note: I'm a bit bias as I've not recieved any financial support from my parents since I started working at 16 (lived in their house for another year until I graduated HS, but other than that and health insurance I've paid for everything on my own from that age). Just wanted to put that out there as I know my opinion isn't objective.

Props to you for buying a new s2k - nice car and very nice photos!

Nice S. I'm 20. If you look in the age thread, you will be surprised at how many young adults are on here and have S's. I still live at home. Got a small loan after selling my b16 turbo honda civic, to build credit. I got out of the balls out fast, non reliable cars for a nice near stock car.
