Default My New Whip

Hello fellow S2000 owners I stumbled on to this site while researching the car, I have learn a lot here I think you guys know more about the car than Honda knows. I fell in love with this car when it first came out but couldn't afford one $52,000 in Canada. I owned a 1990 H22 Prelude for 12 years it lived to be 20 and could have lasted another 10 easy but I wanted something fresh since I could finally afford it. I was thinking of getting a BMW 3 series or Lexus GS350 but driving my Lude on the 401 the final day I realized how much I loved Vtec so I upgraded to a 2006 S2000 US car Suzuka Blue with 33.000 KM. I really love how this drives, very powerful (could use more though) also love the color combo. I have never seen Suzuka blue with black doors, dash, console. Just the seats and carpet are blue in the interior. Also the Suzuka is not available in Canada, nice to have one of the few in Toronto. Since I bought it I installed a Invidia Q300 Catback w/titan tips, K&N Intake, OEM lip, NGK hood dampeners and have Tein Flex on the way. Anyways here are some pics, sorry about the pic quality on the Lude I didn't own a good camera at the time.

I used to have one of those ludes without the h22 in it, and still to this day I missed those seats, i could easily have fell asleep in that car. Sold it with over 230k on it.

Welcome and congrats on your purchase!

Were you ever on preludepower.com? Your car looks familiar.

I was never on Preludepower.com but a lot of prelude owners took pictures of it. I didn't even know places like this existed on the internet. I'm kinda new on computers I just got my first computer about 2 years ago. I think that lude might have given the S2000 a good run, I had tears in my eyes when I let her go.

Welcome, looks nice and clean! It looks like you need to replace the elastic straps on your top, as it is not folding back properly. Next time you put it down, 'help' the bar directly above your head into place and you'll see what I mean. If left untreated, you may develop tears above the latches as they put excess pressure on the vinyl when folded that way.
