Hey guys well i restored my headlights and they look alot better. I did have a question tho. They guy i bought the car from also threw in a header that he had bought for it. It seems to be the knock off ebay one. I'm debating whether to install it or not. I don't really want to put it on because I doubt it will give any noticeable gains especially since i still have the stock exhaust system. The reason i sorta want to install it is because i got it for free and already have it so might as well try it, plus it'll look nice What do you guys think i should do?

here are some pics of the header and my headlights. The headlights look alot better than whats in the pics but sorry i took them with my cheap phone.

I say install it. Do a search for ebay header and read around. If i remember correctly someone on here recently bought their second S2k and didn't want to spend a ton on NA mods again so they went the ebay route. They said they couldn't feel the difference between their old J's racing header and the ebay one. Especially if your are not buying an EMS it will probably be the same as any other header.

Hey guys well this is my first s2000 and my first honda. So far i'm really satisfied with it and believe i got a good deal. I just finished replacing the knock sensor which was the only thing wrong with it, other than cosmetic work. I plan on painting it, due to all the scratches and cracks but I'm not quite sure I like the vielside kit. Any opinions or suggestions are more than welcome. And I really like the site so far

was your car in an accident or something? That front end looks pretty beat up man..

Ya I'm definately going to be getting rid of the kit but im just not sure as to which front bumper (oem ap1 or ap2) and which lip to get. Ap2 bumper is a direct bolt on on an Ap1 right? And I still haven't chosen on which colour to paint it. it seems to have originally been red and was thinking of repainting it the original color but just haven't decided. Any ideas on what to do for the rear bumper?

I read a little bit but I guess I'll keep researching on the ebay header and see what i decide. I'll probably end up installing it just because i'm curious if i don't like it i can always put the stock one back.

you need to trim the front bumper a bit to get the ap2 bumper to fit but it's not hard at all and it's a great updated look.
