Wink The name, is Chase!

Hey guys whats going on? Well my name is Chase, Chase Varnado. Im young at only fifteen years old. Ive been building Honda's alone since I was ten. I had a friend who lived across the street, in the time of three years we built two crxs and one integra. The crx was a full race, race car. Loved it, I sure learned alot from him. In two months I am getting an 2006 Honda S2000 Laguna Blue! I ****ing love that color. What I plan to do to it is full race turbo kit, fully built motor, sleeved and everything. Weight reduction like crazy, going with one pounds windows, one pound doors (dry carbon). Alot of money will be put into it, without this job offer I got there would be no way in hell to buy $8,000 dollar doors. I am also going with an mugen hardtop and alot more. I will post a new thread will pictures very soon! This fourm rules I was so happy to find it.

I live in California, between Sac and San Fran, so Bay Area I guess?

Few questions about the fourms.

1) When can I upload my own avator?

2) Well I guess I lied their is no other question. haha

I thought I should say or I was and what I was about.

S2000's rage on!

Chase,

I guess I'm a little confused about whether you're building these cars for other people or for yourself.

Personally, I can't imagine actually having an S2000 yourself at such a young age. But, if you go ahead with this, keep in mind insurance costs and excise tax annually (if California has them)... Also, please keep in mind that rear-wheel-drive is quite a different experience than FWD and you really need to get some experience behind the wheel to keep the car under control.

If you go the route you're discussing, I definitely suggest visiting s2ki's Under-the-hood forum and possibly our racing and competition forum. Best of luck.

^ That's not very welcoming to the community, maniac. Please edit that post and refrain from making comments about someone whose situation you do not know.

Thanks.

Chase, don't assume that. I guess you can expect there to be folks who want to pick on you for your age.

I would still like to know, is this car for you or for someone else?

Best wishes.
