Hi everyone! Last weekend I picked up my new baby, a 2003 in Berlina Black. Only 35k miles on her, too. Haven't done anything besides get floormats, OEM red emblems, and a few transplants from my '08 Fit, but I'm sure it won't be long before I start doing other things, as I do with all of my cars. Also came w/ 20% tint all around, so one less thing to do.

I've wanted this car ever since '99, but the time was never right. When this one appeared, I couldn't say no, and with two minivans in our family already, there had to be a little yin to balance out the yang.

Nice car I just picked up my 2003 sk2 on Tuesday, been having a blast since then. Love the color, wish I could have gotten one like it, just could not pass up the deal

Thanks! Black wasn't my first choice (white and yellow were), but once I saw it in person, I fell in love. After only having it for a week, I now know the pain of keeping it as clean as I want (Phoenix dust is something else), but oh well! My duster is gonna get a workout with this car. LOL What color combo did you get?

I got silver. The only reason I did not want silver, because that was the color of my last car. I would have loved to have found a white sk2 with low miles.

 

Silver is timeless on the S2K, though. It's what I remember most from its early days. Plan on doing anything to yours?

Ya as soon as I get some money. Which might take a little while I think I will get a hard top first.

 

Very nice. I think I'll stick with I/H upgrades, but will leave the stock exhaust, which is plenty loud for my aging ears. Might do suspension and bigger wheels/tires, but for now, I'm just enjoying it. Before this, I had an '08 Fit, so it's like two completely different car species!

I had an 06 Scion xb, so I am in the same boat. Going from a slow car with lots of room to a small little roadster.
