Default New 2004 S2K

Hey Guys I am purchasing a 2004 Honda s2000 later this week. It has a 110k miles. Runs great and has a very good service history. 60k Valve Adjustment. Mobil 1 synthetic every 5k. Differential Oil changed every 10k. I was just wondering if some of these things were overboard or necessary?

Thanks for your time.

Congrats on finding a well maintained car. Some of it was probably overkill but it didn't hurt the car by any means.

Unless owner was racing, i dont see why you would change diff fluid every 10k and adjust valves at 60k.
