New AP1 owner on Long Island
After looking for about a year I found an S2000 worth buying and have had it for about 2 months. It's a model year 2000 and was gotten from the original owner with only 17,025 miles on it. The engine wasn't even broken in. Color is Silverstone with black interior. Exterior and interior are almost like factory except for one tiny crease on the right rear fender that can hardly be seen. I replaced the original Potenza tires with Continental Extreme Contact. The top is also in excellent shape. The car was garaged it's whole life and never driven in the winter or heavy rain. I plan to do the same.
My other cars are an 06 Element and wife's 08 Civic Hybrid so now we are a 3 Honda family. We previously owned 1990 and 1998 Integra 5-speed and I had an 82 280ZX turbo back in the day. Getting back to a sporty car is great especially now that's it' summer. Hope to get some photos up soon but have had problems getting them uploaded. Do I need to purchase a membership for that capability?

Welcome
Good luck with the car. There have been a rash of thefts lately.

Invest in the best alarm system you can afford and, seat locks. And keep it off the street over night.
Finally, post up on NY metro forum & make an appointment with Billman250. All the best

You don't have to but that's one of the benefits of purchasing a membership. You can also upload them to a site like Photobucket, Flickr, or even Facebook and link them here using the "Insert image" button or [IMG] code.
